¶ The first edition of Jack Adrian's first book, with a particularly lurid (and somewhat absurd) pictorial cover of a particularly Christopher Lee-like Dracula drinking blood from a glass with his fangs. Adrian has made his name in the field as an essayist and anthologist, notably having edited nine volumes of THE ASH-TREE PRESS ANNUAL MACABRE volumes, 1997-2005.
