¶ Only one hundred copies of this first separate printing of this chapter from Grahame's classic "The Wind in the Willows" were printed - with Grahame's permission - by Manning Pike, printer of the 1926 limited edition of T.E. Lawrence's "Seven Pillars of Wisdom." The author's name is misspelled GRAHAM on the title page and front wrapper.
