Ward Lethbridge, Alberta, with his ownersip signature and address in ink on both the front and rear endpapers. Ward was postmaster of Lethbridge, 1905-1945 (Higinbotham was also postmaster of Lethbridge at an earlier date). A nice association copy. Nearly fine. Item #314088
