¶ PIRATES OF VENUS was first issued in book form by ERB, Inc in 1934. This is a very early (likely the first) Grosset & Dunlap reprint, bound in bright red cloth; the jacket is the first issue with "Illustrated" on the spine and with the yellow back panel with a sketch of Burroughs and a list of 37 ERB titles listed (up to and including this title).
