First printing of the enlarged edition. Octavo, original green cloth titled in gilt on spine panel. 591 pp, Index. A fine copy in dust wrapper which has some mild tanning to the spine panel, a few small stains including an internal stain to the verso of the jacket at head of spine (from removed old cellotape) and the price corner is clipped. Overall, an attractive copy of a scarce book.


Yeats' AUTOBIOGRAPHIES were first published in 1927, but that edition contained only two essays, Reveries Over Childhood and Youth & The Trembling of the Veil. This new edition adds four essays: Dramatis Personae, Estrangement, The Death of Synge, & The Bounty of Sweden.

Oversized and sets are shipped at cost by whatever method you choose at the time of your order. Excessive shipping amounts will be quoted prior to processing an order.
For International orders, we will always use the least expensive form of Air Mail shipping, and we will notify the customer of any shipping costs which are excessive.

For time-sensitive orders or particularly valuable items, we can always ship Express at cost.
