Katherine Maltwood's copy, with a 2-page Autograph Letter Signed by Insole to her, referring to her book A GUIDE TO GLASTONBURY'S TEMPLE OF THE STARS (1934) and his inclusion of her ideas in IMMORTAL BRITAIN. Several corrections & underlings to the text in Maltwoods hand where Insole has referred to her work in the text. A near fine copy in a bright attractive dust jacket, minor wear to edges.

The author postulates that the British Isles were first peopled by the "Azilians', settlers from Ancient Atlantis who first arrived circa 10,000 years ago. Insole, a scion of a very wealthy Welsh family, was a close confident and friend of D.H. Lawrence. Katherine Maltwood was an artist and author who resided in Victoria, B.C.
