Octavo, original publisher's dark green cloth with black leather spine titled in gilt, black coated endpapers, top edges gilt. 475 pp. With three engraved plates, one full-page plan, and two engraved folding maps. From the library of Edward L. Margetts, M.D., with his name, and acquisition date in ink on the verso of the front free endpaper. Pencil notes, plus an old bookseller's description clipped and mounted to the verso of the front free endpaper. Corners slightly bumped, leather spine a bit chaffed at edges and with a small chip at the base; a sound, clean copy, very good.
