First Edition. Otavo, original plain blue wrappers, stiched at spine. 46 pp. Titled by hand and Inscribed by the author on the front wrapper "With the Author's Compliments". Front wrapper torn & creased, some browning to text; untrimed, very good condition.

Edward Maltby (1770-1859) was an English clergyman of the Church of England. He became Bishop of Durham. Controversial for his liberal politics, for his slightly naive ecumenism, and for the great personal wealth that he amassed in his lifetime.

Oversized and sets are shipped at cost by whatever method you choose at the time of your order. Excessive shipping amounts will be quoted prior to processing an order.
For International orders, we will always use the least expensive form of Air Mail shipping, and we will notify the customer of any shipping costs which are excessive.

For time-sensitive orders or particularly valuable items, we can always ship Express at cost.
