First American Edition, originally issued in the UK by Wright & Brown in 1940. Octavo, original black cloth titled in gilt on spine panel. 284 pp. A fine copy without dust wrapper as issued. A colour reproduction of the front panel of the 1940 edition is loosely laid in.

For International orders, we will always use the least expensive form of Air Mail shipping, and we will notify the customer of any shipping costs which are excessive.
