First American Edition, originally issued in the UK by Wright & Brown in 1939. Octavo, original black cloth titled in gilt on spine panel. 282 pp. A fine copy without dust wrapper as issued. A colour reproduction of the front panel of the 1939 edition is loosely laid in.

Oversized and sets are shipped at cost by whatever method you choose at the time of your order. Excessive shipping amounts will be quoted prior to processing an order.
For International orders, we will always use the least expensive form of Air Mail shipping, and we will notify the customer of any shipping costs which are excessive.

For time-sensitive orders or particularly valuable items, we can always ship Express at cost.
