Description

First Printing of this New Edition, with a 52-page Introduction by Garnett. 12mo, original slate-blue cloth heavily decorated in gilt on spine and front panel. 318 pp. Frontispiece portrait of Coleridge, with tissue guard. Issued as a volume in 'The Muse's Library'. Small ink name on front endpaper, a touch of wear to cloth at spine tips, a very good, bright copy.

Comments

A nice little edition of Coleridge's poems, including The Rime of the Ancient Mariner, Christabel, Kubla Khan and others. Richard Garnett was a librarian at the British Library, first working as superintendent of the Reading Room, later as editor of the General Catalogue of Printed Books, and finally from 1890 until 1899 as Keeper of Printed Books.

Oversized and sets are shipped at cost by whatever method you choose at the time of your order. Excessive shipping amounts will be quoted prior to processing an order.
For International orders, we will always use the least expensive form of Air Mail shipping, and we will notify the customer of any shipping costs which are excessive.

For time-sensitive orders or particularly valuable items, we can always ship Express at cost.
