First Edition. Octavo, original blue cloth titled in black. 76 pp + [4] pp ads at rear. With 5 full-page clour plates. Spine panel and a small portion of the front & rear boards tanned; ink inscription dated 1937 on front free endpaper, endpapers slightly tanned. A very good, clean copy.

To USA: Priority Mail is $22.50 for one book, $6.50 each additional book;
Overseas: International Air Mail Post is $35.00 for one book, $18.00 each additional book.

Oversized and sets are shipped at cost by whatever method you choose at the time of your order. Excessive shipping amounts will be quoted prior to processing an order.
For International orders, we will always use the least expensive form of Air Mail shipping, and we will notify the customer of any shipping costs which are excessive.

For time-sensitive orders or particularly valuable items, we can always ship Express at cost.

We will graciously accept returns of merchandise for any reason, provided that we are informed of the return within 10 days of receipt. All our books are collated and guaranteed to be complete as issued unless otherwise stated.
