This edition was issued jointly under both the Allen & Unwin and Houghton Mifflin imprints, allowing copies to be sold by either company. Depending on the expected market, dustwrappers were printed with either 1) A price in British Pounds; 2) A price in US Dollars; or 3) No printed price.
