Reprint of 1910 first edition. Quarto, original red cloth, gilt designs and titles on front cover and spine, top edges gilt. [xxii, [1], 380 pp]. Frontispiece, 34 plates, folding map at rear. Covers rubbed and bumped, rippling to front, light wear to extremities. Spine a bit frayed at spine tips, long repaired tear along outer rear hinge. Pages lightly age toned, occasional spotting/smudging.

Oversized and sets are shipped at cost by whatever method you choose at the time of your order. Excessive shipping amounts will be quoted prior to processing an order.
For International orders, we will always use the least expensive form of Air Mail shipping, and we will notify the customer of any shipping costs which are excessive.

For time-sensitive orders or particularly valuable items, we can always ship Express at cost.
