Octavo, original red cloth titled in gilt on spine, titled and decorated in black on front cover. 308 pp. Colour frontispiece with tissue guard and two additional full page black & white plates by A.C. Michael. Minor foxing to page edges, binding a bit rubbed at the extremities, a very good, bright copy.

To USA: Priority Mail is $22.50 for one book, $6.50 each additional book;
Overseas: International Air Mail Post is $35.00 for one book, $18.00 each additional book.

Oversized and sets are shipped at cost by whatever method you choose at the time of your order. Excessive shipping amounts will be quoted prior to processing an order.
For International orders, we will always use the least expensive form of Air Mail shipping, and we will notify the customer of any shipping costs which are excessive.

For time-sensitive orders or particularly valuable items, we can always ship Express at cost.
