Volume One only (of two). Octavo, original plain publishers boards. 362 pp. With 20 full-page engraved plates with tissue guards, plus frontispiece portrait of Petalesharoo (son of Letelesha, Knife-chief of the Pani-Loups, in full dress) & extra vignette title. Errata leaf between pp 16 & [17]. Moderate foxing, spine paper mostly missing (although the binding is still tight and holding), a very good copy, totally uncut and untrimmed, and rare in the original boards. The first study of the mammals of North America that was based principally on personal observations and researches by the author.

To USA: Priority Mail is $22.50 for one book, $6.50 each additional book;
Overseas: International Air Mail Post is $35.00 for one book, $18.00 each additional book.

Oversized and sets are shipped at cost by whatever method you choose at the time of your order. Excessive shipping amounts will be quoted prior to processing an order.
For International orders, we will always use the least expensive form of Air Mail shipping, and we will notify the customer of any shipping costs which are excessive.

For time-sensitive orders or particularly valuable items, we can always ship Express at cost.
