[i-ix]; [blank]; [1], 2-420; frontispiece [engraved portrait by M. van der Grucht after Marshall].Decorative head-and tail-pieces throughout. The work is divided into seven books, each with it's own seperate title-page dated 1719, but they are not different publications bound together; the pagination and signature markings are continuous. Handsome heraldic bookplate of Philip H. Wolfe on inner front cover [three wolf heads on crowns passant,"Pro Patria Mori"] and with his signature at head of title leaf; another older signature partialy obscured. Small loss to lower margin of frontispiece, lower inch of front free endpaper and the rear free endpaper lacking, wear and scratching to boards, spine slightly cracked but holding fine; a good to very good copy.
