Covers very slightly rubbed & marked; a very good, bright copy with bright gilt lettering. A decent and attractive copy. Item #312679

¶ The seventh title in the Swallows & Amazons series, about the Coot Club and their unforseen adventures on the yacht Goblin, from Harwich to Holland.The inscription in this copy is from John Harold McGivering, Lieutenant-Commander, Royal Naval Reserve, to Jeffry Vanstone Brock, Rear-Admiral, Royal Canadian Navy. Brock was the author of the two volume "Memoirs of a Sailor" (McClelland and Stewart Ltd,1981).
