¶ Victorian fantasy novel concerning an Egyptian mummy, reincarnation, and the fourth dimension; pseudo-scientific stuff based on esoteric philosophies on reincarnation mixed with a complicated pot-boiler of a plot and overall really just a fancy kind of romance novel. Certainly one of the author's scarcest books.
