THE DEDICATION COPY, with the printed dedication "For Richard Dalby / Unsurpassed at book-finding and anthologist supreme / With thanks for so many kindnesses", and underneath this the hand-written inscription by the author to the dedicatee - "Richard - The dedication says it all really but I hope the ghosts within may walk again for you / David October 2003". This copy is additionally signed by the author on the title page, and is bound in a much darker shade of green cloth than any other copies seen by me - all other copies have been in a light green cloth stamped in black, this is a very dark green cloth. Small bit of wear near top front hinge fold; a very good to near fine copy, without dust jacket as issued. Item #311754
