New York: Mitchell Kennerley. 1915. First American Edition. First American edition. Octavo. Blue cloth with gilt titles on front cover, gilt titles on spine, blind stamp "MK" on the rear board. 138 pages. Small publisher's device on title page. Boards and spine are rubbed, spine panel darkened and spine lettering perished, small chips to spine at head, foot, and at front joint, edge wear and corner bumps. Previous owner's ink name and address on front free endpaper, several pages in the front and the back have small corner bends, occasional foxing and page toning. Despite these faults, a sound, very good copy. In this book and the subsequent American editions "'The Poet Speaks with Earth' is removed and 'The Mist' is substituted. Contents are slightly rearranged in the British and American editions." - Joshi and Schweitzer, page 6. Item #310057
