[1952]. 1st edition. Octavo, original cloth. The author's first book. Issued as a volume in the Winston Juvenile Science Fiction series. Paper browning as usual, small bookplate on a preliminary leaf, otherwise a very good copy in the original 1st issue dus t wrapper which shows some fairly heavy overall wrinkling and is laminated in plastic. The lamination was done privately, this is not an ex-library copy, just a decent copy in a bit of a messed-up dust wrapper. Still, fairly attractive, in it's own way. Price: 55.00 USD
