Browning to tissue guard, full-page Sunday School inscription on front free endpaper, a very good clean copy. ¶ Boy's adventure novel, not fully lost race but with Haggardesque motifs; the daughter of a slain French explorer rules as a White Queen over an island of Cannibals.
